Terms of Service

1. The service

deployshed builds code from repositories you point it at, runs it, and serves it at addresses you control who can open. We may change, add or remove features. While deployshed is in beta, parts of it may change without notice, and it is provided without any service level commitment.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password and access tokens to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Tell us at support@deployshed.com straight away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

3. Your code and data

You keep every right to the code, data and content you deploy (“your content”). You give us permission to store, build, run, back up and serve your content only to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the rights to deploy it. We do not sell your content or use it to train models.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use deployshed to:

• mine cryptocurrency, or run anything whose main purpose is to consume compute;
• host phishing pages, malware, or anything that imitates another organization to deceive people;
• send spam, or attack, scan or flood other systems, including deployshed and other customers' apps;
• host content that is illegal in India or where you operate, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• get around limits, quotas, isolation or billing, or access another customer's apps or data.

We may suspend an app or an account that breaks these rules, immediately where there is a risk to others, and will tell you why. Report abuse to abuse@deployshed.com.

5. Payment

• Paid use is prepaid: you add credit, and metered usage is taken from it at the prices on our pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email; a change never applies to usage already incurred.
• When your credit runs low we email the owners of your organization. Before it reaches zero your apps are paused; nothing is deleted while you have an account.
• Taxes such as GST are added where they apply. Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.

6. Free trial and beta credit

A free trial runs for the period and with the limits shown when you sign up. Credit given with an invite code has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and is not refundable.

7. Ending the agreement

You can stop using deployshed at any time, delete your apps, and ask us to delete your account. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms. After an account is closed we delete your content within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

8. Warranties and liability

deployshed is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, and we back it up, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, write to us and give us 30 days to resolve the problem.

10. Changes

We will email account owners at least 15 days before a material change to these terms takes effect. Using deployshed after that means you accept the change.
